Bugaboo has just announced its latest stroller, the Bugaboo Donkey—a convertible buggy that can operate as a single, or side-by-side double. We can’t freaking wait for our Gear Guy to test it out. In the meantime, we hear that the Donkey (named for its aim to be a beast-of-burden carryall for urban families) is the same width as the Cameleon when set up as a mono; in its duo configuration, the Donkey is just six inches wider and can accommodate double seats, bassinets, or car seats—or any combo of the above—or a single seat alongside an expandable side basket, for serious lugging. Available April 2011; price TBD.
