The CPSC is warning that certain versions of phil&teds' popular metoo clip-on high chair are unsafe. Apparently, the clamps can easily come loose causing the chair to detach. About a dozen kids have been injured so far. MSNBC reports that phil&teds has not agreed to a national recall and is instead offering a replacement kit that has not been approved by the CPSC.
